Join us for a special Junto where we will be dicussing the art of the craft cocktail. Craft distilling and craft cocktails have deep roots in American history and culture. In an economic down turn, why have these expensive drinks made a sudden resurgence? Pennsylvania imposes high taxes for craft distilleries, and yet some persevere. Felicia D'Ambrosio, the esteemed Philadelphian food writer and fermentation enthusiast will be moderating our panel.
